About the Book

Sample a free excerpt

Danielle and Christopher Jones were married for better or for worse, in sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer. They just never imagined they would experience all of those things in their first few years of marriage!

Unemployment. A car accident. A terrifying medical diagnosis. The loss of a loved one. The death of their 10-day-old son, Junior.

Through it all, Danielle and Christopher held tightly to their faith, and to each other, taking each day and each step as it came and remaining committed not only to their marriage, but to turning their pain into a positive for other families.

Founders of the Angel Baby Network, Danielle and Christopher share their story to provide hope and inspiration for married couples and parents facing their own highs and lows. With candor, wit, and an indestructible sense of humor, the Joneses offer a model of perfect love in spite, and sometimes because of, life’s imperfections.

“This delightful book is a demonstration of love between a couple who have embraced the true meaning of their wedding vows and notion of God carrying you through. The feelings of happiness, pain, and joy

are so real as they experience Romans 8:28: ‘And we know that all things work together for the good, to those who love God and who are called according to His purpose.'”

“In and out of tears throughout my read, I couldn’t imagine the pain these two suffered, and I cannot thank them enough for sharing. In today’s world, it’s easy to get discouraged about the future and always expect the worst, but the Joneses have shared a story of going through the worst and making it out stronger, and this is a story we all need to hear. I am so inspired by these two.”
